"Outdoor Adventure Camp is the best camp ever!" We're often told this by campers and parents alike.
This is a week-long experience campers will never forget...and parents will be amazed at how well their children sleep.
In OAC we have so much fun campers don't realize they're learning. Through kayaking, hiking, mountain biking and standup paddleboarding, participants learn safety, orienteering, teamwork, Leave No Trace ethics, adventure nutrition, how to have the best kayaking beach party ever and much more.
In our big, happy van we'll go to local parks and beaches as part of this camp, and we'll visit the Poulsbo Marine Science Center to pet sea cucumbers and talk to the octopus.

Meet at 9:00 am. Pick up at 4:00 pm.

Tuesday: Standup Paddleboard Day. Orienteering games, beach walk in search of critters, kayak capsize recovery practice, standup paddleboarding, lunch at a local park.
Wednesday: Hiking & Wild Edibles Day. Hike up Green Mountain in Seabeck, Leave No Trace ethics training, lunch and games on the top of the mountain.
Thursday: Mountain Biking Day. Learn or practice riding skills, techniques and safety, then mountain bike on Port Gamble's awesome trails. If we have time left over, we'll visit the Poulsbo Marine Science Center and get some icecream. Teen camps learn tips and tricks for riding, fixing your bike and we take more challenging trails.
